Environment
We recognise the importance of environmental protection and sustainability and we are committed to undertaking business in a manner that supports these principles.
We aim to achieve industry best practice in our operations by educating staff and contractors and ensuring all parties comply with all applicable laws, regulations and statutory requirements relating to environmental issues.
We apply waste minimisation principles and take practicable steps to prevent or minimise company operations from generating pollution or other adverse environmental impacts.
As every job site is unique, we manage environmental and related issues on a case by case basis, in accordance with client and project requirements, policies and procedures.
Safety
The health and safety of all parties on our work site is our highest priority. We accept responsibility for providing a safe working environment and everyone is expected to take responsibility for performing work in accordance with our safe standards and practices. Health and safety is achieved through teamwork, taking every reasonable measure to assure safe working conditions.
We believe that ZERO accidents, injuries, and spills/environmental releases are attainable and this has been successfully demonstrated through previous projects. Our exemplary safety record, project management capability and commitment to safety deliver a ‘no surprises’ outcome to clients.
We use HazardCo for our Residential Developments and Site Safe for our Commercial Developments.
Our team holds current Site Safe Building Passports and first-aid qualified personnel are available on all of our sites.
Quality
We are committed to providing quality work to our clients which meets the project standards and specifications for materials, workmanship, variances, schedules and service while maintaining profitability and competitiveness.
We are client focused and seek to achieve a quality result at all times, ensuring continual improvement through quality processes. This quality result is achieved by using the best quality products from reputable suppliers, utilising the best staff and subcontractors, creating and maintaining a safe working environment for all and meeting standards and legislative requirements.
Solid Project Management
You can be guaranteed all work will be carried out by our team of professionals, most of whom have been directly involved with the projects detailed in “Projects.”
Our quality management system provides stringent procedures for monitoring quality and ensuring our projects stay on schedule.
Our work methodology is developed through consultation with key personal for projects and closely monitored throughout the project as required, so as to accommodate any special circumstances that may arise. Relevant information is frequently reported back to consultants and all other key personnel.
We are constantly working to maintain the highest possible level of communication and interpersonal relations, with daily onsite meetings where time frames are discussed and any problems resolved.
Trade Training
Triple C Contractors promote and invest in all avenues of Trade Training with having over 16 apprentices through our company.
Our diversity in working with all cultures is to ensure we get the best out of youth, this is based around 30 years in the industry and acknowledging alternative processes to train construction. We have a solid relationship with BCITO to ensure we get the best out of our team and they get the best qualification at the end of their term.
